Refund policy

Due to our POD (print-on-demand) model, we do not accept physical returns. We do offer refunds and replacements in circumstances where there is an issue with the product (i.e. wrong color, wrong product received, damaged, lost). 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you can contact us at manaliveapparel1@gmail.com, and provide the nature of the issue, photo of damage, if applicable, and order #/receipt. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
